The counting is accurate for ordinary use, but a deadline that carries real weight, a court filing, a contract term, a visa window, should be confirmed against the official rules and an authoritative calendar. Small differences in how a period is defined can matter.

Holidays and time zones

The tool counts calendar days and weekdays, but it does not know public holidays, which vary by place, and it works in whole local days without time zones. Where those matter, adjust the result yourself.

Working days are simplified

The business days figure treats every Saturday and Sunday as non-working and every other day as working. Your workplace, industry or jurisdiction may define working days differently.
